Our Vision & Mission
Our vision is to be the best Talent Identification Platform on the globe.
There are a lot of companies that provide talent as a service. But Talent Identification isn't as simple as it is portrayed to be. With many developers being left out because of the nature of questions asked, we plan to be the one place that serves justice. Providing that level field and jobs in top companies to the best developers, and vice versa is what we are striving to achieve.
The cause is simple, because of the amount of manual work that has to be put in, some developers are passed off right at the beginning, even without getting a chance to prove themselves. While some others are given a chance but because of the nature of the assessment, cannot progress. Both the developers and the companies lose out because of this. Xobin plans to fix this. With the refreshing world's first conversational UI for technical assessments and automated screening, Xobin provides a refreshingly time efficient solution to the problem where everyone involved is a winner.
By combining our experience and expertise in acquiring exceptional technology talent with our flexible algorithms, our technology helps power your business by providing technology talent and solutions how and when you need it. At Xobin, we aim to become the one stop shop for everything that resembles tech talent and opportunity.
