No. It tests whether the knowledge behind a certification is actually there, which is a different question from whether someone passed an exam three years ago.
Cloud, security, project management, finance, quality and HR tracks among others, mapped to the current syllabus of each credential.
Yes. Set a pass mark, expiry period and certificate template, and completion is recorded against the employee's profile.
Yes. Items are built with I/O psychologists, checked for reliability (Cronbach's alpha above 0.80 on core scales), and reviewed for adverse impact. Norms are refreshed against a working-population sample.
Yes for the major platforms Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Ashby and others through native sync or API. Anything custom is handled with a webhook or scheduled sync.
