It reads the answer just given against the role's requirements and asks the follow-up a recruiter would scope, ownership, or a specific example instead of the next question on a fixed list.
Yes. You set the topics, the maximum number of follow-ups and the questions that must always be asked. Anything off-topic or non-compliant is blocked before it reaches a candidate.
In practice it's shorter. Irrelevant questions are skipped, so median completion time drops even though the answers carry more detail.
Yes for the major platforms Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Ashby and others through native sync or API. Anything custom is handled with a webhook or scheduled sync.
