Under his leadership, WOWLOGY grew from a learning concept into a pan-India service protocol across 450+ stores and 2,000+ employees, giving teams a shared language for customer experience. Its adoption shows in more WOW Bills, more repeat customers and stronger employee engagement. The initiative also earned a Best Culture Transformation Award.
