In enterprise-scale, highly regulated environments, Rahena has led organizational design, workforce planning and change initiatives affecting thousands of employees, partnering with senior leaders to turn strategy into results. At Citi's Finance Division, Rahena designed a centralized intake and governance process that cut cycle time from months to weeks. Rahena also built executive reporting through a Smartsheet-to-Appian migration and Tableau dashboards, and served as the director's proxy across concurrent transformation workstreams.
