Rishikesh Padmanabhan brings 20 years of building learning ecosystems that drive performance, not just compliance, across Axis Bank, NSE Academy, and Fincare. A published author fluent in five languages, he brings together learning strategy, organisation development, and technology. At Axis Bank, he raised mandatory learning and ACP completion from 65 to 75% to 99% across about 22,000 employees. That was the highest of any region nationally, and his region was also the first in India to reach 100% completion of "Xpert Writing Well." His in-house content strategy saved about ₹1.8 crore a year, and the learning ecosystems he has built have reached 40,000+ learners across 15+ institutional partners.
