In its first year, her model placed more than 200 internationally educated registered nurses into permanent roles, with 100% retention to date. By extending support to nurses' families through housing, transportation, banking and community connection, she has redefined success in talent acquisition: not arrival, but true belonging within the workforce, the organization and the community.
