She is also a certified instructional designer, psychotherapist and strategist who advises boards across the UK and Malaysia. She has led culture, change management and workforce transformation work for organisations including Petronas, Bank Negara, HSBC, AirAsia and the US Embassy. Her L&D programmes on leadership, AI and human integration, and the future of work have developed talent across leading global enterprises in finance, energy, transportation and construction. As a recognised voice on upskilling and reskilling, she has taken these conversations to national TV and radio.
