Dr. Mostafa Ahmed Ghanima

Dr. Mostafa Ghanima is a PhD-qualified HR strategist who left a secure telecom career to pursue purpose in people leadership. A Certified Global CHRO (Cornell) and C-Suite leader (Wharton), he is KSA's only Maxwell-certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker. Over 20 years across MENA and the UK, he has led national-level HR transformation strategies for governments and enterprises, rebuilt HR systems from the ground up, and turned toxic cultures into high-trust, high-performance workplaces. Through his Leadership Coaching Academy, he coaches CEOs and C-suite executives and develops CHROs into board-level leaders. Colleagues call him "The Conductor" for bringing clarity and harmony to people and strategy.
