Using validated instruments such as the NAQ-R and MBI-ES, the work shows how toxic environments drain higher education employees and how organizations can respond. Published quantitative research linking workplace bullying to emotional exhaustion and reduced professional accomplishment in higher education, strengthening the case for prevention and intervention. Now developing and validating the Workplace Digital Assessment Survey (WDAS) to measure key dimensions of the digital workplace.
