Eric M. Dunleavy, Ph.D.

Eric is a leading authority on fair, legally defensible employment decisions. A SIOP Fellow and the first recipient of SIOP's Distinguished Early Career Contributions Award (Practice), he brings I/O science to high-stakes hiring, pay and litigation. Eric leads a division of I/O psychologists and labor economists that has delivered hundreds of high-stakes projects on hiring, promotion and pay. He testified before the EEOC on big data in employment and was one of 11 I/O psychologists selected to revise the SIOP Principles.
