Across twenty years and seven industries, Donovan builds the systems, leadership pipelines and data-driven workforce decisions that let organizations grow and perform. Scaled HR infrastructure as a workforce grew from about 250 to 2,200 employees, building HR functions from scratch, integrating acquired teams and navigating joint ventures. Today Donovan helps executives use workforce data to make staffing, investment and accountability decisions.
