Dinesh Patil

Dinesh Patil is an L&D leader who turns workplace conduct from policy into everyday practice. A GoSkills-certified Train-the-Trainer, he built Grauer & Weil's "Acceptable Behaviour at Workplace" initiative, covering POSH, respectful communication, safety, and digital etiquette. In 2025-26, he delivered 25 training sessions to 350 employees across 10 departments at the Dadra Unit, totalling around 375 training hours, with about 175 participants covered through POSH and behavioural awareness programs. His Employee Guidebook is set to become part of new joiners' onboarding kits, building respectful conduct into the employee experience from day one.
