Archana Srinivasan

Archana Srinivasan brings over two decades of Asia Pacific HR leadership to a rare intersection: learning architecture and human-centred AI. As Founder of Alchemy People Partners and a certified AI Singapore trainer, she pairs AI capability-building with employee wellbeing. At AtkinsRéalis, she designed a career-stage learning pyramid that drew over 30% of employees into programmes at launch, and later led learning for around 1,200 employees across five markets. She co-led The Coca-Cola Company's first regional Culture Summit, contributed to Singapore's Skills Framework for HR and Engineering, and served on the programme sub-committee of the 19th World HR Congress.
