Dr. Ajit Kumar Kar is an L&D leader who has redefined learning as a business-aligned, experiential ecosystem. By blending coaching, Design Thinking, NLP and digital platforms, he turns training from a one-time event into measurable capability and lasting behavioural change. His structured learning journeys have reskilled cohorts from shopfloor teams to senior executives, and his digitalisation of L&D through HRMS, PMIS and LMS platforms has scaled capability building across the organisation. He is a winner of the Global Corporate Mentoring Excellence Award, a jury member for SHRM and Brandon Hall, and was among the Top 200 at the India Leaders People Awards 2026. Through this work, he continues to shape how organisations develop talent, leadership and culture.
