Akanksha Jain is an early-careers talent leader who has redefined campus recruitment as a long-term talent ecosystem. Across Samsung Research, SanDisk/Western Digital, and First Citizens India, she has built structured, scalable, inclusive university programs centred on candidate experience. At Samsung Research, she helped hire hundreds of young engineers from leading institutions. At SanDisk/Western Digital, she led India University Recruitment, built internship-to-full-time pathways and university partnerships, and contributed to a cross-market University Recruitment Playbook. At First Citizens India, she is building the Early Careers function from the ground up, including internship and apprenticeship pathways and the pre-joining initiative BizGlimpse.
