Former leader at Meta, Microsoft and Intel, most recently as VP of People Analytics & Workforce Strategy at Meta. As SIOP President, she co-authored the white paper "The World of HR Is Changing Rapidly: I-O Psychology Can Help," and today she is Founder of Propeller Insights and Co-Founder of the Data Driven HR Academy, and runs the People Analytics Board for i4cp.
