Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Ashby, JazzHR, Zoho Recruit and others natively, plus a REST API and webhooks for in-house systems.
Both. Candidates and jobs come in, assessment results, scores and status changes go back out to the record your recruiters already work in.
Failed records are retried with backoff and surfaced in an error view with the reason and payload, so nothing disappears quietly.
Data stays inside your account and is never used to train models outside it. Xobin is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, with GDPR-aligned data processing and configurable retention.
Most teams are live in a day for native integrations. The variable is usually your existing tooling and approvals, not the product itself.
