In this unprecedented time, Headstart Network India launched their HS Inturn initiative to support COVID impacted students who were set to complete their courses in 2020 and were all set to start their professional journey are now awaiting clarity on their examination and completion of courses.
Headstart quickly addressed this problem and being one of the biggest startup ecosystem enablers of the country they on-boarded 12 startups who were keen in hiring interns. The virtual hiring event took place on July 27th in Airmeet’s platform in speed-dating format.
Where every startup interviewed 30 curated candidates in just 5 mins. Every candidate got a chance to interview 12 companies at the same time and the benefit for companies was they could interview 30 candidates in 3 hours of time.
Headstart received more than 1000 applications overnight for this event and shortlisting the right ones manually could have been a nightmare. That’s where Xobin rescued them in moving the needle with bare minimum human interaction and in making this virtual hiring event a successful one
