Teamtailor is an applicant tracking system for managing jobs, candidate pipelines and hiring team communication.
Why integrate Teamtailor with Xobin?
The integration connects Xobin assessments to your Teamtailor hiring pipeline. Recruiters can assign a Xobin assessment to a hiring stage and use a trigger to send invitations when candidates reach that stage.
Assessment status, scores and links to full Xobin reports appear in the candidate profile. This lets recruiters review skills and psychometric assessment results alongside the rest of the hiring record.
How it works
- Generate an API key. In Xobin, open Settings, go to the Integration tab, select Teamtailor, and generate an API key.
- Activate Xobin in Teamtailor. In the Teamtailor Marketplace, search for Xobin, click Activate, and paste the API key.
- Set a trigger on a hiring stage. Open the job in the Jobs module, pick the stage, and add a Send Xobin Webhook trigger from the three dot menu.
- Choose the assessment. Select which Xobin assessment to send. Optionally enable automatic stage movement by score, and set a delay or trigger conditions.
- Invites go out automatically. Any candidate who moves into that stage gets an email from Xobin inviting them to take the assessment.
- Review results in Teamtailor. Open the candidate's profile to see status and score, and click See results for the full Xobin report.

Recruiters and talent acquisition teams that use Teamtailor and want to include Xobin skills and psychometric assessments in their hiring workflow. Assessment triggers can be configured for individual jobs and stages, including teams managing multiple roles or high-volume recruitment.
Integration availability
