Integrating Workable with Xobin combines Workable's applicant tracking system with Xobin's skill assessment platform. You can invite candidates for assessments, monitor their progress and access detailed reports, all within Workable. It removes manual effort, improves evaluation accuracy and enables data-driven hiring decisions.

Steps to Integrate Workable with Xobin

01Setting up the integration

1. Generate the API key in Xobin

• Log in to your Xobin dashboard and navigate to the Settings page.
• Go to the Integration tab and select Workable.
• Click Generate API Key and copy the key to your clipboard.

2. Enable the integration in Workable

• Log in to your Workable dashboard.
• Click your Profile button in the top right and select Settings.
• Navigate to Integrations > Apps and scroll to the Assessment Providers section.
• Select Xobin Assessments and paste the API key copied from Xobin.
• Click Update Settings to complete the setup.

02Configuring Xobin assessments in Workable

• Click Jobs in the top-left menu and select the job you want to configure.
• Click Settings next to the job and select Edit Job.
• Navigate to Workflow and locate the Assessment section.
• Click Add Assessment and choose Xobin from the list.
• Select the appropriate assessment for the role and press Save Changes.

03Sending invites and managing scores

Send assessment invites

• Go to the Candidates section and select the candidate.
• Open the profile and use the Assessment dropdown, then click Send Assessment.
• In the pop-up, choose the relevant Xobin assessment and click Send Assessment.

Track and review candidate scores

• The assessment status appears in the candidate's timeline under Pending Assessments.
• After completion the score appears under Submitted Assessments.
• The Integrity Score (proctoring score) is also available to assess test authenticity.

Access detailed performance reports

Click View Reports on the Xobin assessment for a full analysis including the overall score and performance summary, strength-wise analysis, section-wise and question-wise results, and candidate log details for proctoring insight.
