Steps to Integrate Manatal with Xobin
01Configure pipeline stages in Manatal
- Log in to your Manatal dashboard and open your recruitment pipeline settings.
- Create two new stages with these exact names:
- Send Xobin Assessment: the stage that sends the assessment.
- Xobin Assessment Completed: the stage indicating completion.
02Obtain the Manatal API key
- Go to the Administration section of your Manatal dashboard.
- Navigate to the Features page and scroll to Open API.
- Click Generate new token, name it (for example "Xobin Assessments") and copy the key.
03Connect Manatal to Xobin
- Log in to Xobin and go to the Settings page.
- Select the Integrations tab and locate Manatal.
- Click Edit next to the API Key field, paste the Manatal Open API key and click Save.
- Click Link Manatal Jobs to Assessments.
04Link jobs with Xobin assessments
- In the popup, choose the Manatal job you want to link.
- Select the corresponding Xobin assessment from the dropdown.
- Click Add Another Job + to map more roles.
- Click Save Mapping when finished.
05Send an assessment to a candidate
- In Manatal, move the candidate to the Send Xobin Assessment stage.
- This triggers an automatic email from Xobin with the assessment invite.
06Monitor assessment completion
Once the candidate completes the assessment, a note is added to their Manatal profile with the assessment score, qualification status and a link to the detailed Xobin report. The candidate is automatically moved to the Xobin Assessment Completed stage.
