Steps to Integrate Keka with Xobin

01Generate an API key in Xobin

• Log in to Xobin and go to Settings > Integrations.
• Enable the Keka HR integration and click Generate API Key.
• Securely copy the generated key for use in Keka.

02Install the Xobin app in Keka

• Log in to Keka HR and navigate to Apps / Integrations.
• Search for Xobin and open the app details.
• Click Install to begin the setup.

03Configure the integration in Keka

• Paste the API key generated from Xobin when prompted.
• Click Submit to complete the setup.

04Send assessment invites from Keka

• Go to Hire > Candidates in Keka HR.
• Open the candidate profile and click the three-dot menu.
• Select Send Assessment and choose Xobin Assessments.

05Select the assessment and invite the candidate

• Choose the relevant assessment, set the invite expiry and click Send.
• The invitation is sent to the candidate automatically.

06Track assessment status

• Monitor invitation status and completion progress directly in the candidate's profile in Keka HR.

07Review assessment reports

• Once the candidate completes the assessment, results appear in the Feedback section.
• Click View Report for detailed Xobin assessment insights.

08Make informed hiring decisions

• Use skill-wise analysis and performance data to evaluate candidates objectively and move forward with confidence.
