Steps to Integrate JazzHR with Xobin

01Enable the JazzHR integration in Xobin

• Log in to your Xobin dashboard and navigate to the Settings page.
• Select the Integrations tab to view all available integrations.
• Locate JazzHR in the list and toggle the button next to it to enable the integration.
• Click Generate API Key and copy the generated key.

02Configure the integration in JazzHR

• Log in to JazzHR and open the Settings menu at the top.
• Click the Integrations tab.
• Under the Assessment category, find Xobin and click More Details.
• On the Xobin integration page, click Connect.
• Paste the API key copied from Xobin and click Save Credentials.

03Send an assessment to a candidate

• Go to the Candidates page in JazzHR and select the candidate you want to assess.
• Open the candidate's Assessments tab.
• Find Xobin in the list of assessment tools and click Send Assessment.
• In the pop-up, choose an assessment from the dropdown, optionally customise the email body or pick a template, then click Send Assessment.

04View assessment results

• Once the candidate completes the assessment, results sync automatically to JazzHR.
• Open the candidate's profile and go to the Assessments tab.
• View the completion status, date and total score.
• Click View Details to open the full report in Xobin.

05Analyse candidate performance

The detailed Xobin report includes:

• Overall performance summary and qualification status.
• Skill-by-skill analysis of strengths and weaknesses.
• Section-wise breakdown with question-level data and scores.
• Submission date and candidate details.
• The overall candidate log.
