Steps to Integrate Greenhouse with Xobin

Integrating Xobin with Greenhouse streamlines your hiring process by allowing you to manage candidate assessments seamlessly. Follow these simple steps to set up the integration and send assessment invites.

01Setting Up the Integration

1. Generate the API Key in Xobin

• Log in to your Xobin dashboard and navigate to the Settings page.
• Go to the Integration tab and select Greenhouse from the available integration options.
• Click on the Generate API Key button, and once the key is generated, copy it to your clipboard.

2. Enable the Integration in Greenhouse

• Access your Greenhouse dashboard and navigate to the Integrations page.
• Search for Xobin Integration and click on it.
• Press the Connect button, and when prompted, paste the API key you copied from Xobin.
• Click Save to complete the setup.

02Sending Assessment Invites and Managing Scores

1. Send Assessment Invites

• In Greenhouse, locate the candidate you want to assess and navigate to their To-Do tab.
• Select the linked Xobin assessment from the list and click the Send button.
• Confirm the candidate’s email, assessment name, and designated scorer in the pop-up prompt.
• Click the Send Test button to send the assessment invite.

2. Track and Review Candidate Scores

• Once the invite is sent, the Xobin assessment will appear under the Pending tab.
• After the candidate completes the assessment, their score will move to the Submitted Tests section. You will also receive an email notification with the scoring details.
• Navigate to the Completed tab in the candidate’s Greenhouse profile to view the results.

3. Access Detailed Performance Reports

• In the Completed tab, click View Interview Kit to get an overview of the candidate’s performance.
• For a comprehensive analysis, click View Report, which redirects you to Xobin’s detailed report page.
• The report includes:
  • Overall score and performance summary.
  • Strength-wise analysis.
  • Section-wise and question-wise results.
  • Candidate log details for the test session.
