How to Integrate Google Calendar with Xobin

01Access the Xobin dashboard

• Log in to your Xobin account and open the Dashboard.
• In the left-hand menu click Interviews to access or create interviews for candidates.

02Connect Google Calendar

• Locate the option to connect your calendar within the Interviews section.
• Select the Google account to connect and sign in if prompted.
• Grant Xobin permission to view, edit and share calendar events.

03Confirm the integration

• Once permissions are granted the integration is established.
• You can now manage interview scheduling from Xobin, with events syncing to Google Calendar.

04Configure availability

• Choose from default durations such as 15, 30 or 60 minutes, or set a custom duration.
• Click Create in the Xobin dashboard to schedule an interview.
• Fill in the event name, candidate name and candidate email.
• Choose whether the candidate selects a time slot or the interview is scheduled immediately.

05Schedule and manage interviews

• Select the date and time slot for the interview.
• The event appears on your Google Calendar timeline.
• Start the interview from the Xobin dashboard or the Google Calendar link.
• Reschedule or cancel interviews directly within Xobin.
