Where do I see the results?

How to Integrate Ashby with Xobin

01Generate the Xobin API key

Log in to your Xobin dashboard.
Open the Settings menu and select the Integrations tab at the top right.
Choose Ashby from the list of available integrations.
Click Generate API Key and copy the key.

02Enable the Xobin integration in Ashby

Log in to Ashby and select Admin in the top menu, then Integrations.
Search for Xobin and click Enable Xobin.
Paste the Xobin API key into the field and click Update.

03Create an API key in Ashby

In the left sidebar click API Keys.
Click New in the top right and name the key, for example "Xobin Assessments".
For the integration partner select Xobin, then click Create API Key.
Copy the new key and make sure it is linked in the Xobin integration settings as well.

04Finalise the integration in Xobin

Return to your Xobin dashboard and click Edit under the Ashby integration section.
Paste the Ashby API key and click Save. The integration is now complete.

05Assign a Xobin assessment to a candidate

In Ashby click Candidates in the top menu and open the candidate.
Select New Activity, choose Assessments and select Xobin.
Search for the assessment, select it and click Add Activity.
Click Start Assessment to send the invite.
Once the test is complete, view qualification status and completion time in Ashby, or click View in Xobin for the full report.

06Automate assessment assignment in the pipeline

Go to Jobs > Dashboard and choose the job.
In the Interview Plan section add a new pipeline stage named Xobin Assessments and click Save.
Rearrange stages as needed.
Add the assessment to the stage with Add Activity > Xobin and search for the test.
Associate a candidate with the job and move them to the Xobin Assessments stage; the assessment is assigned automatically.
