How the process works

    Name, role, category and a short description of the work. Self-nominations are equally welcome.

  2. Nominations close on 24 Oct 2026

    Once the window closes, no late entries are accepted. Mark your calendar and submit early.

  3. The panel reviews every entry

    Each nomination is read in full against the published criteria. No sponsored placements, no pay-to-win categories.

  4. Recognition goes live

    Winners are announced, certificate pages are published, and your recognition is shared across our channels.

How are winners selected?
A panel from the Xobin leadership team evaluates each nomination against consistent criteria — years of experience, exceptional achievement, workplace impact, and community contribution — combining industry recommendations, open submissions, and in-house research.
