How to Send a Xobin Assessment via Zoho Recruit?
Xobin seamlessly integrates with Zoho Recruit, enabling recruiters to send assessment invites directly from their Zoho Recruit account. This integration simplifies the hiring process by allowing recruiters to effortlessly send assessments to candidates linked to any job opening within Zoho Recruit. Candidates receive email invitations to complete the assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Upon completion of the assessments, Xobin automatically compiles and transmits comprehensive data, including scores, proctoring information, and various performance metrics, directly to the recruiter’s Zoho Recruit dashboard. This streamlined process allows recruiters to quickly access and evaluate candidate performance, facilitating informed decision-making throughout the hiring process.
How the Xobin and Zoho Recruit Works
Begin by accessing Zoho Recruit and click on the Invite Candidate button, to go to the Xobin Assessment Invite Page.
Then in the Invite form insert the necessary details for the assessment invite. Please refer to the image provided below.
Once the email has been sent, The Candidate’s Details page will be updated with the Assessment, Invite Status and report.
Begin by accessing Zoho Recruit and click on the Invite Candidate button, to go to the Xobin Assessment Invite Page.
Once done a new assessment record will be created and updated with the Assessment details, score and result related details.
