The test consists of web cam proctoring, Key stroke recording, and off tab activity & browser monitoring . If the candidate tries to navigate away from the test tab, Off tab activity & browser monitoring triggers a pop up warning .
Minimum cutoff scores are used to filter out candidates who score below a certain threshold. Deciding if and where to set a minimum cutoff score depends on the size of your applicant pool as well as the nature of the position. Our testing system can provide recommendations for where to set minimum cutoff scores based on our database of average score ranges for a wide variety of positions.
Within 5 seconds of the submission of the test by the candidate, the report is generated and mailed to the admin.
The report consists of detailed analysis of the test with charts and colors for better and easy understanding. The report covers the sectional time taken and the scores of the particular section.
