Step 1: Setting Up the Integration in Xobin

• Log in to your Xobin Dashboard.
• From the left-hand navigation menu, click Settings.
• On the Settings page, navigate to the Integrations tab at the top-right corner.
• Locate the Zoho Recruit integration.
• Click the dropdown and select Generate API Key.
• You will be redirected to Zoho Recruit to authorize the connection.
• Click Accept to grant Xobin permission to connect with Zoho Recruit.
• After authorization, you will be redirected back to Xobin, where the API Key and Xobin Domain Name will be generated.

At this point, the integration setup on the Xobin side is complete.

Step 2: Setting Up the Integration in Zoho Recruit

• Log in to your Zoho Recruit account.
• Navigate to the Setup menu.
• Under Setup, click Marketplace.
• Search for Xobin Assessments for Zoho Recruit.
• Select the extension from the search results.
• Accept the Terms of Service and click Install.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation, including selecting the relevant users or profiles.
• Once installation is complete, an Extension Settings modal will appear.
• Enter the Xobin Domain Name copied from the Xobin Settings page.
• Click Save to finalize the configuration.

The integration between Xobin and Zoho Recruit is now successfully completed. Recruiters can proceed to send assessment invitations to candidates directly from Zoho Recruit.
