Step 1: Generate API Key in Recruit CRM
- Log in to your Recruit CRM account
- Navigate to Admin Settings
- Click on API, enable the API token
- Copy the generated API key
Step 2: Connect Recruit CRM in Xobin
- Log in to your Xobin dashboard
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Recruit CRM
- Paste the copied API key
- Click Connect Recruit CRM
Step 3: Map Jobs to Assessments
- Click Link Jobs to Assessments
- Map Recruit CRM jobs to relevant Xobin assessments
- Select the candidate status that will trigger the assessment invite
- Choose the final status to be applied once results are synced
- Save your mapping configuration
Step 4: Invite Candidates Automatically
- Open a mapped job in Recruit CRM
- Change the candidate’s status to the configured trigger status
- Submit the change
Once updated, the assessment invite is automatically sent to the candidate.
Step 5: View Assessment Results in Recruit CRM
- Open the job in Recruit CRM
- Click View Remarks for the candidate
- View the assessment summary
- Click View Report to access the detailed Xobin report including performance analysis, score breakdown, and evaluation insights
