Steps to Integrate Manatal with Xobin

Step 1: Configure Pipeline Stages in Manatal

• Log in to your Manatal dashboard.
• Navigate to your recruitment pipeline settings.
• Create two new stages with the exact names below:
• Send Xobin Assessment - Stage where candidates are sent the assessment.
• Xobin Assessment Completed - Stage indicating assessment completion.

Step 2: Obtain Manatal API Key

• Go to the Administration section of your Manatal dashboard.
• Navigate to the Features page and scroll to Open API.
• Click Generate new token, name it (e.g., "Xobin Assessments"), and copy the generated API key.
• This key will be used to connect Xobin with Manatal.

Step 3: Connect Manatal to Xobin

• Log in to your Xobin dashboard and go to the Settings page
• Select the Integrations tab and locate Manatal.
• Click Edit next to the API Key field.
• Paste the Manatal Open API key and click Save.
• After saving, click on the Link Manatal Jobs to Assessments button.

Step 4: Link Jobs with Xobin Assessments

• Click Link Manatal Jobs to Assessments in Xobin.
• In the popup window, choose the Manatal job you want to link.
• From the dropdown, select the corresponding Xobin assessment.
• To add more mappings, click Add Another Job +.
• Once finished, click Save Mapping.

Step 5: Send an Assessment to a Candidate

• In Manatal, move the candidate to the Send Xobin Assessment stage.
• This triggers an automatic email from Xobin with the selected assessment invite.

Step 6: Monitor Assessment Completion

• Once the candidate completes the assessment:
• A note is added to their profile in Manatal with:
• Assessment score
• Qualification status
• Link to the detailed Xobin report
• The candidate will be automatically moved to the Xobin Assessment Completed stage.
