Steps to Integrate Keka with Xobin
Set up the Keka and Xobin integration in a few simple steps to streamline candidate assessments and evaluations.
Step 1 : Generate an API Key in Xobin
- Log in to your Xobin account and go to Settings → Integrations.
- Enable the Keka HR integration and click Generate API Key.
- Securely copy the generated API key for use in Keka.
Step 2: Install the Xobin App in Keka
- Log in to your Keka HR account and navigate to Apps / Integrations.
- Search for Xobin and open the app details.
- Click Install to begin the setup.
Step 3: Configure the Integration in Keka
- Paste the API key generated from Xobin when prompted.
- Click Submit to complete the integration setup.
Step 4: Send Assessment Invites from Keka
- Go to Hire → Candidates in Keka HR.
- Open the candidate profile and click the three-dot (â‹®) menu.
- Select Send Assessment and choose Xobin Assessments.
Step 5: Select Assessment and Invite Candidate
- Choose the relevant assessment, set the invite expiry, and click Send.
- The assessment invitation is automatically sent to the candidate.
Step 6: Track Assessment Status
- Monitor invitation status and completion progress directly within the candidate’s profile in Keka HR.
Step 7: Review Assessment Reports
- Once the candidate completes the assessment, results appear in the Feedback section.
- Click View Report to access the detailed Xobin assessment insights.
Step 8: Make Informed Hiring Decisions
- Use skill-wise analysis and performance data to objectively evaluate candidates and move forward with confidence.
