Steps to Integrate JazzHR with Xobin

Integrating JazzHR with Xobin is a seamless process designed to simplify candidate assessments and hiring workflows. Follow these steps to set up the integration:

Step 1 : Enable JazzHR Integration on Xobin

• Log in to your Xobin dashboard and navigate to the Settings page.
• Select the Integrations tab to view all available integrations.
• Locate JazzHR in the list of integrations.
• Toggle the button next to JazzHR to enable the integration.
• Click on Generate API Key to create an API key.
• Copy the generated API key, as it will be needed for the next steps.

Step 2 : Configure the Integration on JazzHR

• Log in to your JazzHR account and go to the Settings menu at the top.
• Click on the Integrations tab within the Settings menu.
• Under the Assessment category, find Xobin and click on the More Details button.
• On the Xobin integration page, click Connect.
• Paste the API key copied from Xobin into the prompt, and click Save Credentials.

Step 3 : Send an Assessment to a Candidate

• Go to the Candidates page on your JazzHR dashboard.
• Select the candidate you want to assess.
• Navigate to the candidate's Assessments tab.
• Find Xobin in the list of assessment tools and click Send Assessment .
• In the pop-up modal:
  1. Choose an assessment from the dropdown list of Xobin assessments.
  2. Optionally, customize the email body or select a template.
• Click Send Assessment to send the invite to the candidate.

Step 4: View Assessment Results

• Once the candidate completes the assessment, their results will be automatically synced to JazzHR.
• To view the results:
  1. Go to the candidate’s profile and navigate to the Assessments tab.
  2. View the completion status, date, and the candidate's total score.
  3. Click View Details to access the detailed report in Xobin.

Step 5: Analyze the Candidate's Performance

• The detailed report in Xobin includes:
  1. Overall performance summary and qualification status.
  2. Skill-by-skill analysis of strengths and weaknesses.
  3. Section-wise breakdown with question-level data, including scores.
  4. Submission date and candidate details.
  5. Overall Candidate Log.
