Steps to Integrate BambooHR with Xobin

This integration allows you to automate assessment invites and sync candidate results seamlessly between BambooHR and Xobin.

Step 1: Add Xobin Candidate Statuses in BambooHR

Log in to your BambooHR dashboard and navigate to Settings. Under the Hiring section, select Candidate Statuses and add the following statuses exactly as listed: Send Xobin Assessment, Xobin Assessment Pending, and Xobin Assessment Completed. These statuses enable automated assessment workflows.

Step 2: Initiate Integration from Xobin Settings

Log in to your Xobin account and go to Settings → Integrations. Locate the BambooHR integration and toggle it ON. Enter your BambooHR subdomain and click Create Integration. You will be redirected to BambooHR to allow access and grant Xobin the required permissions.

Step 3: Map BambooHR Jobs to Xobin Assessments

Within Xobin Settings, select Link BambooHR Jobs to Assessment. Choose a BambooHR job and map it to the relevant Xobin assessment. Save the mappings to ensure the correct assessments are triggered for each role.

Step 4: Send Assessment Invites from BambooHR

Navigate to the Hiring tab in BambooHR and select a mapped job. Move a candidate’s status to Send Xobin Assessment. Xobin will automatically send the assessment invite, and the status will update to Xobin Assessment Pending.

Step 5: Track and Review Results

Monitor candidate progress directly within their BambooHR profile. Once the assessment is completed, the status updates to Xobin Assessment Completed. Scores and a link to the detailed Xobin report are available in the Notes section of the candidate profile.
